Tomás holds a degree in Business and Economics from Universidad Gabriela Mistral. He earned two Master’s degrees from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez — a Master in Tax Management and Administration and a Master in Business Law. In addition, he obtained the Certificate of Business Excellence and completed the Technology Leadership Program, both from UC Berkeley. He has more than 25 years of experience in Advisory and Consulting, working both in Chile and New York. Throughout his career, he has advised executive teams and boards of directors at local and international levels, primarily on technology, regulatory, and tax matters. Tomás was a Partner at Deloitte Chile and Deloitte Canada for 15 years, serving as a Lead Client Service Partner, with a strong focus on developing strategic accounts. He also led the Financial Industry practice for five years, establishing the foundations and growth platform for the four key sectors within the financial market — Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, and Asset Management. In March 2025, Tomás will join PKF Chile to lead the Advisory, Regulatory & Tech Services function.
