Francisco is Accountant and Auditor, graduated in Business Management & Human Resources from Instituto de Capacitación Educacional (ICCE) and Labour Relations Diploma from Universidad de Chile.
He has over 25 years of professional experience in this field. Since 1994 he has been working in the payroll and personnel department for companies with more than 500 employees. He has gained a significant experience in the calculation of salaries for top managements and other personnel.
During his career at PKF Chile he has taught several Labor Law Training Courses and Seminars at different Institutes.
