Sybella holds a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Universidad del Desarrollo, a Diploma in IFRS from Universidad de Concepción, a Diploma in Forensic Auditing from Universidad de Concepción and a professional degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad del Desarrollo.

Sybella has 10 years of experience in valuation, transfer pricing and due diligence. In 2020, working at PKF Chile, she made a professional exchange to PKF Mueller in Chicago. She worked at KPMG as Senior in valuation and financial/accounting due diligence and later at EY as Financial/Accounting Due Diligence Manager.
