Professional Experience

Sebastián is LL.M in Law and Economics from Utrecht University, Master’s degree in Tax Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences from Universidad Gabriela Mistral, Diploma in Corporate Compliance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. 

With more than a decade of experience, he has developed a solid career in the integral advisory of companies, both national and international. His expertise ranges from tax consulting, through the implementation of compliance programs and business reorganizations, to comprehensive legal advice on corporate, labor and regulatory matters. Throughout his career, he has guided organizations in complying with demanding regulatory frameworks and in the creation of investment vehicles for foreign entities, enabling them to achieve their objectives.

He is Director of the Center for Applied Management at the Santiago School of Chartered Accountants, where he designs and leads academic programs that connect theory with business practice. He has been a recurring speaker in academic programs at prestigious universities such as Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Universidad del Desarrollo and Universidad de Concepción.
In addition, he had the honor of being Director of the Chilean Association of Compliance and Corporate Ethics A.G.
